From your very first reformer session to deep core work, there's a class to match where you are today.

Reformer

Reformer Flow

Our signature class. Full-body, spring-loaded resistance work on the reformer that builds long, even strength and leaves you feeling lengthened. Every move has options, so all levels work happily side by side.

Mat

Mat Foundations

Classical Pilates on the mat using your own body weight. The perfect place to learn the principles — breath, control, precision — that everything else is built on. Ideal if you're brand new.

Core

Core & Restore

A slower, deeper class focused on the deep core, posture and recovery. Think mobility, breath and control rather than burn — a brilliant counterbalance to busier weeks and a kind way back after time off.

Private Sessions

One-to-one reformer coaching tailored entirely to you — your goals, your pace, and any injuries or niggles. The fastest way to build confidence on the equipment, or to progress with focused attention.

Good to know

Your first class.

What should I wear and bring?

Comfortable, fitted activewear you can move in, and grippy socks (we have some available if you forget). Just bring water — mats and all equipment are provided.

I've never done Pilates — is that okay?

Completely. Mat Foundations and Reformer Flow both scale to beginners, and the small class size means you'll get hands-on guidance from the start.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first visit so we can get you set up on the reformer and answer any questions.

Do you cater for injuries or pregnancy?

Often, yes — private sessions are the best route if you're working around an injury or are pre/postnatal. Get in touch and we'll talk it through.
